1 Cup Mazola Oil
3/4 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
3 to 4 Cups Flour
1/3 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat Mazola oil, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon. Slowly add flour mixing by hand. Add the nuts at the end.

In a 9x13 cookie sheet shape into 2 long loaves. Pre cut cookies and bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Cut cookies all the way through and flip to their sides. Bake for another 15 minutes to dry them out.

You can add orange or lemon zest.
Instead of walnuts you can do almonds.
Try substituting Anise or Almond for the Vanilla.
