½ package thin spaghetti noodles
2 liters water
1 stem chopped cilantro for garnish

MEATBALLS:
1 lb. ground beef
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. cumin, ground
1 stem cilantro, chopped
salt to taste

SOUP SEASONING:
4 cloves garlic
½ onion, sliced
4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. Knorr® beef flavor bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the meatball ingredients and place in the fridge while you prepare the soup base.

Fry the garlic and onion in a little bit of oil. When the onion is translucent, add the chopped tomatoes and cook till soft. Put onion, garlic, tomatoes in blender along with the Knorr seasoning and blend till smooth.

Pour back into pan, add water and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, form meatballs. When soup base is boiling add meatballs. Cook until meatballs are cooked through, about 30 minutes.

In a frying pan, add the noodles and toast lightly. Then add the noodles to the soup. Cook till done, about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and let soup rest for 5 minutes. Then add cilantro to garnish.
