Directions: |
Directions:Spread mixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with 1 c. Nestles semi-sweet chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes to melt (I turn off the oven and leave the door open, sit the pan in there, it's quicker!) Spread chocolate and let cool.
Ice with Peanut Butter icing.
To cut: make one cut lengthwise down the center of the pan, then cut about 1 1/4" slices across, this makes the "fingers"! More distinctive cut then brownies! |

Notes: This recipe for Peanut Butter Icing is great on chocolate cake. Just keep mixing the ingredients until you have enough. Add more milk to thin, or more sugar to thicken. If you like peanut butter and chocolate, you'll love this! It's been a favorite of my entire family since I was a child!
