2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 large eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz creamy peanut butter (1-1/2 cups)

ICING:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup cocoa
16 oz. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 350º.

Mix flour, sugar, soda--Set aside.

Melt butter, stir in cocoa. Then stir in water, buttermilk and eggs.
Continue cooking over med. heat stirring constantly until it boils.

Remove from heat and add to flour mixture. Stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla.

Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Then spread peanut butter. Cool completely.

Combine buttermilk, butter & cocoa in a small saucepan. Cook over med. heat until it boils.

Remove from heat. Pour over powdered sugar. Stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Let set at room temp. Spread over cake.
