Slab of Ribs
Bottle Italian dressing
Kicking BBQ Sauce. (see sauces for recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate Ribs in Italian Dressing over night
2.Light one side of grill med-high 350-400
3. Let Ribs sit at room temperature 30 minutes
4. Brush Ribs with Sauce
5. Place Ribs on unlit side of grill
6. Close grill lid 40 minutes
7. Rotate Ribs ; brush sauce on
8. Grill 40 minutes; rotate again
9. Brush sauce on; grill 40 minutes
10. Remove from grill. Brush sauce on
11. Let meat set for 5 minutes

If you want to use rub for ribs:
1 tsp Black Pepper, 2 tsp Paprika, 2 tsp Chilli powder, 2 tsp Cumin, 2 tsp Garlic Powder,
2 tsp Onion Powder, 2 tsp Brown Sugar, 1/2 tsp Cayenne
