3 cups self-rising flour**
1 cup shredded cheese (your favorite)
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1-1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, cheese, sugar and garlic powder. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, oil and egg. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55-66 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.

**If you dont have self-rising flour: for each cup of all-purpose flour, add 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
