Beef roast (any size…chuck roast is good)
1 package onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Potatoes, peeled and cut into halves
Carrots, peeled and cut into halves

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in roast pan; sprinkle soup mix on top and spread canned soup on top of dry soup mix. Add veggies and place in a 300 oven for the same number of hours as the roast weighs in pounds (example: 3 pound roast should bake for 3 hours.)

Be sure to check the weight of the meat on the package before you throw it away so you know how long to cook the roast.
