Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar or stevia
2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
I find that to get a nicer lump free sauce, I like to sift the mustard powder into the sugar first, right into the pot of course. Then I measure the vinegar into a 2 cup measuring cup and add the egg yolks and whisk. Then mix the wet into the dry.

Beat all ingredients together & bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Serve warm (with ham) or cool, to make salad dressing.

For salad dressing, add enough (3 big serving size spoonfuls seems to work) Miracle Whip to obtain desired consistency.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe for the ham sauce is from Lucy Hauk - her hubby Harry is Brian's fishing buddy he met up at Bella Coola. I embellished it to make the dressing - yummy for salads & for dipping chicken strips.
