1 small pkg. Jello - cherry, cranberry, strawberry, your choice
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream (fat-free works fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello into one cup boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and mash until well-blended. Chill until thick but not firm. Add celery, nuts and sour cream. Chill until firm.

Serve as a side dish on lettuce leaf or as dessert with whipped cream topping.

This has been my most requested dish for many Bowers" Christmases. Can be made without nuts and labeled NN for no nuts. Some think NN means there are nuts on it so is always worth a laugh!
