1 stick margarine
1 c. brown sugar, packed
slices of pineapple

1 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, separated
1 c. white sugar
6 T. pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Melt margarine slowly in skillet; spread brown sugar over the pan. Cover with pineapple slices.

Beat egg yolks until lemon colored; add white sugar a little at a time, beating well. Add pineapple juice. Add flour sifted with baking powder. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour over pineapple. Bake about 35 minutes.
