1 beef brisket, 3 pounds...
3 T Montreal-steak seasoning...
2 T olive oil, divided...
Aluminum foil...
2 large yellow onions...
8 cloves garlic, peeled...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º...
Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high heat 3 minutes...
Add 1 T to oil to pan, then add the meat, cook 2 minutes on each side to brown, then transfer to large sheet of foil...
Cut onions into chunks and crush garlic, place all around the brisket on foil....
Now add 1 T of oil over all veggies by drizzling over all...
Bring foil up around all meat and veggies, double fold the top...
Place meat on baking sheet...
Bake 3 1/2 hours or until meat is tender...
Slice meat against grain...
Enjoy!
