2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp powdered coca
1- 1/2 tsp soda
dash of salt
1/2 tsp each: cloves, nutmeg, allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1 cup walnuts, chopped coarsely
1 cube butter, melted
1 1/2 cups applesauce (1 can)
3/4 cups chocolate mini chips

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together. Add nuts and raisins, and chocolate mini chips. Mix butter with applesauce. Combine two mixtures. Pour into large loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. aprrox. Keeps well in refrigerator. Can be frozen
