3 pound Boston butt, boneless...
1 t garlic-herb seasoning...
6 Garlic cloves, whole
2 T Dijon mustard...
2 cups Carolina-style BBQ sauce...

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º...
Season pork with garlic cloves by making holes in butt and inserting the whole clove of garlic...
Rub pork with mustard and place on a baking sheet that is rimmed...
Cover with foil and put in oven for 3 hours or until it pulls apart very easily, with a fork...

Hint....use more whole garlic cloves!

Can be grilled with a few changes...
Preheat grill..
Season with 1/2 t salt and pepper...
1 t garlic powder...
Sprinkle this over entire butt, place on grill and cook 6 minutes per side...
Now baste with favorite BBQ sauce and wrap in aluminum foil, loosely...
Grill 2 hours or until pork pulls apart easily with a fork..

I use more garlic, try it with 15 cloves and insert all over the butt, not just the top...
