1 t rubbed sage...
1 t fresh lemon zest...
2 T canola oil...
6 pound frozen turkey breast, thawed...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º...
Combine salt, sage, zest and oil, mixing well...
Place turkey in roasting pan, coat with the sage mixture...
Bake for 1 3/4 to 2 hours or until internal temperature of turkey is 165 degrees...
Let turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing...
