1 1/2 pounds of large shrimp, peeled and deveined...
8 long wooden skewers, soaked for 30 minutes prior to using...
8 oz. Whole baby portabella mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed...
1 T canola oil...
1 T Greek seasoning...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill..
Place shrimp and mushrooms on the skewers, alternating as you go, 4 or 5 shrimp per skewer...
Brush shrimp and mushrooms with oil and sprinkle with the Greek seasoning...
Grill 3 minutes per side, be sure shrimp are pink in color and firm to touch, do not OVERCOOK shrimp, if you do they will be hard...
