1 qt. chicken broth
1 qt. beef broth
2 chicken breasts
1 lb. kielbasa cut into pieces
1 small onion chopped
2 small potatoes, cubed
2 bunches fresh kale
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 cans red kidney beans
2 tsp. minced fresh mint

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the broth, add meat and cook one hour. Remove chicken and cut into pieces and replace in pot. Add onion, potatoes, kale and tomatoes. Cook 20 minutes. Add red kidney beans and mint at the end. Salt and pepper to taste.

This recipe is from Cape Cod, MA. Do not be afraid to add the mint. It does sound strange in a soup, but it brings the soup together and is fabulous. Momma Kat.
