1 small head lettuce
1 tomato cut in pieces
½ lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
sliced onions
1 10 oz. package frozen peas, uncooked, thawed & drained
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. mayo
1 c. yogurt or sour cream
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
1. In medium salad bowl, layer 1/2 of the lettuce, bacon, onions, peas, eggs and tomato. Finish with remaining lettuce.

2. Mix mayo and yogurt and pour over the top of the salad.

3. Sprinkle cheese on top, Refrigerate 12 hours.

4. Do not toss before serving.

5. You may also add celery, fresh mushrooms, green pepper etc.
