1 pound pork tenderloin...
1 T mesquite seasoning...
1 t garlic, minced...
1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce...
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º...
Season pork with mesquite and garlic all over the loin...
Place in a baking dish or rimmed baking pan and bake for 25 minutes...
Can use meat thermometer to test for doneness, 145 degrees is best, nothing lower...
Take out of oven, let it rest 5 minutes before slicing...
Serve with the BBQ sauce, I warm it just till it's warm to your tongue...

Grilling it is even better, preheat grill to medium-high, place pork directly over fire and grill 4 minutes on each side, let it rest and slice...
This can be served with BBQ sauce or a teriyaki glaze...
Both are super good...
Serve with a Ceaser's salad and garlic bread...
