2 Tblsp. of bentonite clay (Amazon, of course!)
1/4 tsp. of sea salt
10 drops of peppermint essential oil
1 Tblsp. of organic unrefined coconut oil
1 dropper full of organic liquid stevia or packets
2 capsules of activated charcoal about 1/2 tsp. (also Amazon)
2 1/2 Tblsp. of filtered water
