2 T unsalted butter, divided...
1 T seafood seasoning...
1 1/2 pounds of flounder filets...
Juice of 1/2 of an orange, 1/4 cup needed...
1 T fresh basil, chopped...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat a large sauté pan to medium-high...
Add 1 T butter to pan...
Season fish with the seafood seasoning and add 1/2of fish to pan, cook 3 minutes on each side...
Remove from pan and cook rest of fish, remove to platter with rest of fish...
Now add rest of butter to pan, juice from orange and the basil, cook until hot, pour over fish and serve....

You may need another 1 T of butter for second batch of fish, just have it ready if needed...
