2 T good olive oil...
Juice of 1/2 lemon...
4 swordfish steaks, 3/4 inch thick...
1 t Greek seasoning...
1/2 t garlic, chopped...

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice and garlic in a medium bowl...
Divide mixture in 1/2...
Season fish with Greek seasoning and coat with 1/2 the olive oil mixture...
Grill fish 5 minutes per side or until fish is firm...
Brush with remaining mixture just before serving...
Enjoy!

I also add just a bit more of the Greek seasoning just prior to serving...
Serve with a true Greek salad, no potato salad, just fresh crisp veggies with olive oil, oregano and salt and pepper...
Let the salad sit after tossing it together for 30 minutes so flavors can be enhanced...
