4 medium lobster tails, 6 oz. each...
1/4 cup buttered, softened...
1/4 t salt...
1/8 t pepper...
1 lemon, halved...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil...
With a sharp knife, cut lobster tail in half, lengthwise...
Spread butter over flesh and season with salt and pepper...
Place tails on a rimmed baking dish, cut side up and broil 6 to 8 minutes or until flesh is opaque and firm...
Squeeze lemon juice over lobster...
Enjoy!

I always have extra lemon butter on the table, just melt another 1/4 cup butter and squeeze in the juice of 1 lemon and put on table...
Always taste butter after adding 1/2 the lemon to be sure it's flavored just right, many times I add the other half of lemon but, at times, only 1/2 lemon will do....
Just a salad and crusty bread with a cold, crisp white wine is all you need for a complete dinner...

Grilling can be done, just cook over medium coals for 6 to 7 minutes, be sure flesh is opaque and firm...

I also serve tails out of shells...
