2 cans cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp pepper
8 cup thinly sliced potatoes
1 cup thinly sliced onions
2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp butter
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, milk, and pepper. In 2 1/2 quart dish, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions, cheese and soup mixture; sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 375º for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes
