2 qt small banana peppers
2 cloves of garlic
4 c Heinz White Vinegar
2 tsp coarse pickling salt

Directions:

Pack washed peppers into hot sterilized jars with 1 clove of garlic in each quart. Combine vinegar and salt and bring to boil. Cover peppers with hot vinegar and seal.
