1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup reduced sodium teriyaki sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
5 cups broccoli florets
1 orange bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 chicken breast

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together 1/2 cup of the broth the teriyaki sauce, garlic, and crushed red pepper.
Combine the remaining 1/2 cup broth, the broccoli and bell pepper in a nonstick wok and set over medium high heat.; Bring to boil. Reduce the eat and simmer covered until the broccoli is crisp tender..
Meanwhile, cut the chicken crosswise into 1/4 inch pieces.
Add to the wok and stir fry until heated through about 1 minute. Add the teriyaki mixture and scallions.; stir fry until the sauce bubbles..
Serve over rice.
