2 qt tiny white onions
1/2 c coarse pickling salt
3 c Heinz White Vinegar
3 c granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cover onions with cold water and peel. Sprinkle salt over peeled onions, cover and let stand overnight. Drain and rinse with cold water. combine vinegar and sugar. Bring to boil and simmer 5 min. Pack into hot sterilized jars, covering onions with hot liquid. Seal.
