4 Quarts water
5 Pounds unpeeled large fresh shrimp
1 Large lemon cut into fourths
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp seafood seasonings
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp parsley
2 cups vegetable oil
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and lemon to a boil. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well and rinse with cold water. Peel and devein shrimp. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl whisking well. Add shrimp and toss to cover completely. Chill 8 hours. Before serving, drain the shrimp well.
