3/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
2 to 2-1/2 pounds boneless round steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-1/3 cups water
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 to 3 teaspoons beef bouillon granules

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, combine flour and seasoned salt. Cut steak into six serving-sized pieces; dredge in flour mixture. Heat oil in a skillet; brown steak. Transfer meat to a slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over steak. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until the meat is tender.

If you don't have seasoned salt, just use 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1-1/2 teaspoons salt in it's place. Great served over egg noodles.
