2 egg whites
½ c. canola oil
½ c. sugar
1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. lukewarm water
4 c. unsifted all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir ingredients together in order listed above. Refrigerate dough 1 hour. Dough can be refrigerated for up to six days.
2. On a lightly floured board roll dough into any shape and let rise 2 hours before baking.
3. For clover leaf, roll three small balls for each cup of a muffin tin and let rise.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 375º for 10 minutes.
