1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cream of tarter
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the first four ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Drop by tablespoons on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until edges are brown.
