1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1 package (8 oz) penne noodles, cooked and drained
2 cups frozen broccoli, thawed
2 cups cooked turkey or chicken, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, sour cream and 3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Add noodles, broccoli and meat; mix lightly. Spoon into a lightly greased 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
