1 head cauliflower
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a large, gallon sized Ziploc bag. Drizzle with about 2 teaspoons olive oil. Add spices to bag, zip and toss to coat.
Spread cauliflower on a greased baking sheet and bake at 425 until tender, about 15 minutes.
