2 lbs. beef stew meat cut into 1" cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 - 6 oz. jar of sliced mushrooms, drained (or use fresh)
1 envelope Lipton's dry onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
Cooked noodles

In a slow cooker, combine first 7 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir in sour cream before serving with noodles. Makes six generous servings.

(Those who do not like mushrooms can use their mushroom detectors to fish them out!)
