Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 cups bread flour (approx.)
2 pkgs. yeast (not rapid rise)
1 tbsp. salt
2/3 cup dry milk powder (do not mix with water)
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups water
2/3 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Do not use dough hook-----use regular beater.
Put about 4 cups of flour, yeast, salt, sugar and dry milk in mixing bowl. Heat water and oil to about 130 - 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn mixer on low to mix dry ingredients. Pour water and oil into mixture and let it mix well, 2 to 3 minutes. Add eggs and mix well. Add remaining flour.

This is a tricky part and I go by feel. Dough will be sticky. Sprinkle a little flour over the top of the dough. I run my fingers down the sides of the bowl to loosen the dough. Dump the dough into a large container that has been oiled. Turn dough to oil both sides. Put tight fitting lid on bowl and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Dough will double in volume. Dough will keep in refrigerator up to a week.
