4 cups Splenda
1 cup Heavy cream
2 pounds Pecan halves
1½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Line two baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Combine Splenda, cream and cinnamon in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for about 15 minutes until brown and caramelized. (Unlike the original, the mixture will not reach soft ball stage).
4. At this point, you will need to add the water, then the nuts and vanilla, stir.
5. Turn the mixture out onto a baking sheet.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until crisp.
7. Turn onto the second baking sheet and separate with your fingers into small pieces.

Makes about 2 pounds
