4 c. flour
5 c. whole old-fashioned rolled oats
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. packed light brown sugar
2 c. butter at room temperature
4 eggs, well beaten
24 oz. chocolate chips
1 dark chocolate bar, chunked
walnuts
pecans
dried cranberries

In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sugar and brown sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs with butter and vanilla.

Pour wet ingredients into dry and use your hands to combine. Divide dough in half. Mix dried cranberries and pecans into one half. Mix chocolate chips, chocolate bar and walnuts into the other half. Put into Ziploc bags and chill overnight.

Preheat oven to 350º. Using a Starbucks coffee scoop, make rounds of cookie dough. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 9 to 10 minutes.

Take out of oven and leave on hot cookie sheet for 1 minute. Carefully remove parchment with cookies to a cooling rack. Cool completely.
