Huitlacoche is a fungus of the corn species. I have bought from cans and bottles

2 T. corn oil
1 white chopped onion
1 garlic
1 c. huitlacoche
10 long slices Oaxacan chese
6 tortillas
Salvadorian or Mexican cream (option)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onion

2. Turn the heat and add huitlacoche and garlic

3. Fill warm tortillas with sauce, cheese and cream (option)
