Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1½ c. sugar 2 sticks of butter 2 eggs 1¾ c. flour ½ tsp. baking soda 1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla FILLING: 1 stick butter 4 egg yolks 2 c. sugar 4 juice of lemons 3 tsp. flour 2 lemon rind grated

Directions:	Directions: Cream sugar and butter, add eggs, add flour, soda alternately with buttermilk, and add vanilla Pour into 4 cake pans. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. FILLING Cook over low heat until thick and put over cake.
