1 can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 T. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cube butter, melted
nuts and whipped cream for topping (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and cloves. Pour into a 9 x 13" pan. Sprinkle 1/2 yellow cake mix over the top. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.

Add nuts to the topping (optional).

Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream.

This is great for a crowd during the holidays! It has the consistency of a crustless pumpkin pie, but with a crumble topping. This can be made a day before and refrigerated.
