1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. poppy seeds
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Blend cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, hot water and poppy seeds. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Grease a bundt pan and slowly pour in the batter evenly. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove pan from oven and let cool, about 10-15 minutes, before turning onto cake rack. Dust top with powdered sugar.
