1 c. butter

1 tbsp. allspice

2 c. sugar

1 tbsp. cinnamon

4 eggs

1 c. milk

3¼ c. flour

1 c. chopped nuts

2 tsp. baking powder

1 c. chopped raisins

FILLING:

20 oz. can crushed pineapple

2 c. sugar

3 large oranges, cut up

1 tbsp. flour

1 c. chopped nuts

1 can flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, beating well after each.

Save 1 cup flour to dredge nuts and raisins. Sift dry ingredients. Add alternately with milk. Add vanilla and nuts to batter, divide batter and add raisins to half of the batter. Bake in 4 layers in moderate 325º oven for 30 to 45 minutes.

FILLING
In a sauce pan, combine pineapple, flour, sugar and oranges. Cook slowly until thick and syrupy. Spread between cooled Layers of cake. Top with coconut
