5 oz. jar Old English Cheese
1 pkg. or can crab meat
1/4 lb. butter
11/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp, garlic powder
1 pkg. English muffins, split open
Directions:
Directions:
Whip the five ingredients until blended. Spread onto muffins. Place on cookie sheet to freeze. When frozen, cut into squares with sharp knife. Place in zip lock bag until ready to use.

To use: Broil until hot, brown and bubbly. Serve immediately.

(Guests will ask for more! Keep a batch in your freezer!)
