1 12 oz. package cranberries
3/4 cup orange juice or apple juice (I usually use orange juice)
1/2 to 2/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of cloves
1/2 cup light raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Cook and stir till sugar is dissolved. Add cranberries and raisins. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until cranberries pop. Remove from heat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Makes 2-1/2 cups and is low fat. Can store in refrigerator for a few days.
