4 1/2 cup walnuts finely chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pound phyllo
1 cup butter
1 cup honey

Grease 9 x 13 pan. In a large bowl mix walnuts, sugar and cinnamon.
Set aside.
In 9 x 13, place 1 sheet of phyllo, allowing it to extend up sides of pan..
Spray with butter. Repeat to make 5 more layers. Sprinkle with 1 cup of walnut mixture. Cut remaining phyllo into approximately 9 x 13 rectangles.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Place one phyllo rectangles in pan, spray with butter.
Repeat to make at least 6 layers total. Sprinkle with 1 cup of walnut mixture.
Repeat this step 3 more times.
Place remaining phyllo on top of last walnut layer.
Trim any that extends over the edges. Spray with butter.
With sharp knife cut just halfway through layers in a diamond in a diamond pattern to make 24 servings.
Bake 1 1/4 hours or until top is golden brown. In sauce pan heat honey till warmed. Pour over top of phyllo evenly. Cool. This is better if it sits for a day or two before serving. To serve, cut through all layers.
