Ingredients:	Ingredients: Dressing; 2 eggs 1 scant cup sugar 1/4 tsp white or cider vinegar (Rich says he uses Raspberry 1 tsp. salt ! Tbl. butter Macaroni Salad; 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni 1/2 cup each diced green and red pepper 3 scallions, diced Combine cooled dressing with salad ingredients , add salt ,pepper to taste and top with paprika.

Directions:	Directions: Beat eggs. Add sugar,vinegar,salt and butter and stir continually over medium heat until sauce boils and thickens.

Personal Notes:	Personal Notes: One of mom's most popular dishes is her Homemade Macaroni Salad. This is the recipe that makes that salad so yummy. Not many people have ever heard of mayonnaise made in this way. This also came from her mother!
