1 pkg. butter cake mix

1 can cream of coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to package directions, using a 9 x 13 inch pan. Using a large fork, punch holes in warm cake. Pour cream of coconut evenly over cake.
 

Icing


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
8 oz. cream cheese

8 oz. Cool Whip

1½ c. sugar

12 oz. frozen coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cream cheese and sugar until no grains of sugar are felt. Add Cool Whip and Coconut. Mix Well.

Keep refrigerated.
