2 c. flour

½ c. buttermilk

2 c. sugar

2 eggs beaten

2 sticks Oleo

1 tsp. baking soda

3 tbsp. cocoa

1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. Coca-Cola

1½ c. miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar in a big mixing bowl. Heat Oleo, cocoa, and Coke to boiling and pour over flour-sugar mixture. Mix well; add buttermilk, eggs and baking soda. Mix in vanilla and marshmallows.

Batter will be thin with marshmallows floating on top. Bake in 13x9x2 pan for 30-35 minutes at 350º.
 

Icing

1 stick butter

3 tbsp. cocoa

6 tbsp. Coca-Cola

1 lb. box of confectioners sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. chopped nuts

Combine butter, cocoa, Coke and heat to boiling and pour over sugar. Beat well; add vanilla and nuts
