1 and 1/2 ground ham
1/2 cup bread crumbs or oatmeal
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp salt; pepper

Combine above ingredients;

Put into loaf pan.
Poke into top of loaf - 10 or 12 whole cloves

Bake @ 350 degree about 1 to 1 1/2 hours

I go to meat department and request lean ground ham.
I add some pineapple juice and some sliced pineapple on top ...
