2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup liquid vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
3 cups fresh apples, (peeled,cored and chopped)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup crushed pineapple,drained
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and oil,add eggs and beat well. Add soda,salt,vanilla,apples,nuts,cherries and pineapple. Add flour a little at a time. Blend well. Bake in a well-greased and floured tube pan or bundt pan. BAke at 350º for 1 hour.
