1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 small minced onion
4 eggs beaten
4 slices bacon
1 cup grated zucchini
1 unbaked pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, zucchini, onion and eggs. Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble evenly over bottom of pie shell. Pour in egg mixture. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until crust is golden.

*Could use ham instead of bacon or buy the bottled bacon bits.
